The Owners of these properties were experiencing frequent failures of their existing ‘Aquatherm’ hot water, cold water piping systems, requiring costly and disruptive repairs to both pipes and damaged residences on a frequent basis. FJ Group Remedial Building were able to assist in the comprehensive renewal of these problematic systems including full replacement of 14 bathrooms with the installation of a new hot water delivery system incorporating copper piping materials, providing the Owners with a proven and effective hot water delivery system for many decades into the future.
