The Owners of this Property were regularly spending large sums of money on the patching and repairing their deteriorated metal roofing installation which was causing damage to multiple building residences. We were able to provide the Owners with an entirely new roof sheeting, cladding and stormwater drainage system, requiring multiple repairs and upgrades to the roof framing and bringing the problematic box gutters into alignment with the current Australian Standards, ensuring all residences are reliably protected from water entry.
